Dennis Bourne started the company in 1992 after gaining some experience working for a plastering company. When starting Bourne Plastering, Dennis' vision was always the expectation and implementation of doing perfect work, to maintain a positive place in the industry and a positive reputation. He started with only a single laborer working on the job. The company staff has grown and incorporates the vision of quality. Dennis proudly states "Bourne Plastering has a clean record of health and safety".
Luis Diaz, our foreman, has been with Bourne Plastering since 2021 and is responsible for the safety of both the staff and the customers. Luis helps with production and quality control on jobs. He is certified in both EIFS and OSHA.
Our team leaders have years of plastering and the experience of leading a team to success. Our team leaders oversee the rest of the team for both safety and quality control as well as at the job site, resulting in a superior quality product for our clients. All our team leaders are EIFS and OSHA certified.
